These printer accessories are include of printer grid, Eliminator, etc.
The cartridge is irradiated by laser beam to adsorb toner, and then the toner is hot pressed by fixing roller for printing. In this process, there will be part of toner residual, which can not be "granules returned to the warehouse"; Automatic cleaning function is not adsorbed new toner particles and directly print, will remain toner away, fully ensure the next printing effect. And the Plate-Grid plays an important role. When high voltage generator to a high voltage electrode, wire electrode with reseau formed between a strong electric field, and release the corona, wire electrode and the photosensitive drum ionizes the air between the air ions migrate to the drum surface, make the photoconductor (drum) surface is full of charge, so can spare toner "adsorption to warehouse", so as to save toner, The purpose of reducing environmental pollution.

Graphical analysis of the assembly of the cable encoder
SICK's cable encoder typically refers to the combination of an encoder and a cable box, such as models like BCG or PTF. If the customer specifically requests a particular encoder (e.g., DFS60 or AFM60) and a specific cable box model (e.g., MRA*), the product is assembled by the customer upon arrival.
The basic structure of a cable encoder includes several key components. The encoder is first fixed to a flange using bolts, and then connected via a coupling. It is important to maintain the correct distance between the coupling and the end face of the flange. Finally, the flange is secured to the wire drawing mechanism.
For enhanced cable encoder assembly, the process involves fixing the encoder and flange with three bolts. After connecting the coupling, the flange is mounted on the end face of the wire drawing mechanism. The spacing and size of the threaded holes vary depending on the model, as indicated in the diagram.
In the case of economical cable encoder assembly, if the encoder has an outer diameter of 60 mm, it can be directly mounted on the wire drawing mechanism with the help of a special bushing. This bushing fits onto the encoder shaft, and the encoder is then fixed to the wire drawing mechanism using bolts.
If the encoder has an outer diameter of 36 mm, a conversion flange is required. A special bushing is still needed to fit the encoder shaft, and the encoder is then fixed to the wire drawing mechanism using bolts.
When installing the cable encoder at the site, special attention should be given to environmental conditions. In dusty or humid environments, it is crucial to ensure that the wire rope outlet of the cable pulling mechanism is positioned correctly to prevent water droplets and dust from entering the system during retraction. Over time, dirt buildup can block the mechanism and damage the encoder’s functionality.
When pulling the cable, maintain linear motion and avoid angles exceeding 3 degrees. If angular deviation occurs, consider installing a guide wheel to prevent any restrictions on the drawstring movement.
After pulling the cable out of the mechanism, do not suddenly release it, as this may cause damage due to the internal tension. The cable should not be left to bend freely, as this could lead to blockage when retracted into the mechanism.
Never pull the drawstring directly with your hands, as this may cause bending and malfunctions. Also, avoid dragging the drawstring along edges or against objects, as this can lead to damage.
For guide wheel installation, such as for the MRA-F130-R series (cable lengths of 5m, 10m, 20m, or 30m), follow these steps: remove the rubber dust cover, cut and discard it, remove the original flange, install the new flange with a screwdriver, place a rubber ring on the flange, press the ring in, and finally mount the guide pulley.
For the MRA-F080-R series (cable lengths of 2m or 3m), the process is similar: cut the dust cover, remove the flange used for the cover, install a rubber ring on the inlet, secure the guide pulley flange, and mount the pulley accordingly.
These installation instructions ensure proper function and longevity of the cable encoder system. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to avoid damage and ensure safe operation.
