In order to improve the experimental ability and degree of automation, the Shanghai Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute applied for a national fund project to request the design of an experimental system that reversed the rotation speed of 2000N*m 3000 rpm. Since Anhui Wannan Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. had successfully tested the large inertia inertial flywheel system project of the Harmony Locomotive Test Platform, Shanghai Special Inspection Institute commissioned Anhui Yinan Electric Co., Ltd. to chair the design and manufacturing tasks of this national project.
The system uses the inertia wheel principle. After the inertia wheel of the system is dragged to the standard speed, the brake is activated. The braking performance of the brake motor is tested by detecting the braking time. The drive motor adopts a variable frequency speed control motor, and an electromagnetic clutch is used to connect the load flywheel disk. During the operation of the system, dynamic detachment can be realized to eliminate the influence of the kinetic energy of the driving motor rotor on the experiment. The computer sends a signal to the PLC to control the electromagnetic clutch mechanism according to the inertia required for the experiment. In the system design process, a simple and easy-to-use computer control system and a safe and reliable PLC chain detection system are used. The output data is processed by the computer and an intuitive curve is drawn to facilitate the analysis of product performance.
The experiment system has the largest experimental torque, the highest experimental speed, and the best stability in the same equipment in China. Each performance index exceeds the national project setting target. The cooperation between Anhui Minnan Electric Co., Ltd. and the Shanghai Special Inspection Institute will also create a precedent for the motor manufacturers to design and manufacture advanced testing equipment. The later domestic new brake electromechanical products will also be tested in this test system.
The completion of this project marks that Wannan Electric has domestic leading design and manufacturing capabilities in the field of automation equipment.
