First, the choice of materials for the main agent

1 Epoxy resin: It is based on the principle of transparent colorless, low impurity content and low viscosity. Such as Daojing's 331J, South Asia's 127, Japan's Mitsui's 139, and Dainippon's EP4000 are all applicable, and the medium and low-end market adopts Hongchang's 127.

2 Reactive diluent: Generally, it is better to use alicyclic double-compartment reactive diluent, but it can't be produced in China, or the unit price is too high. Special occasions can be replaced by South Asia AGE, but AGE has strength after curing. Impact, cross-linking is not enough. If the viscosity of the resin is low, it is also possible to choose not to add a diluent.

3 Defoamer: It has good compatibility, good defoaming property and no low boiling point solvent. Such as BYK-A530, BYK-066, BYK-141, Deqian 6500, etc. can be used.

4 Toner: Generally, 80% of the main epoxy resin is added with 20% transparent oil-containing dye. After heating and stirring, it can be added in a small amount, which can eliminate the yellowish color caused by the addition of resin and other materials. Guarantee the purity of the color after curing. Note that the selection of transparent oil-based dyes requires a temperature resistance of at least 150-180 degrees to prevent discoloration during warming and curing. Such as Bayer PEG-400.

5 Release agent: It has good release effect, good compatibility and light color. For example, FINT-900 of Guangzhou Kolasi Company (BYK agent) and TMA release agent of Wuxi Sanshan Electronic Material Factory can be used. The amount of addition varies depending on the material. The release agent may be added to the main agent or may be added to the curing agent.

Second, the material selection of curing agent

1 Methylhexahydrophthalic anhydride is produced in Jiaxing Alpha Fine Chemicals and Henan Fuyang Huicheng Fine Chemicals, but the general free anhydride content is high, and it is only used for the production of medium and low-end products. Higher requirements use the products of the Italian LONZA company.

2 Promoters Many domestic manufacturers waste a lot of time in this regard. In fact, it is still feasible to use quaternary ammonium salts in the acid anhydride system, such as the tetrabutyl bromide tetrahexyl bromide in Zhejiang Jintan Chemical Research Institute, but the latter is compatible. The sex may not be very good, it can be diluted with alcohol such as benzyl alcohol and glycerin. But it will affect the intensity. So the former is better.

3 Antioxidants mainly prevent oxidation of acids when they are cured at high temperatures. Requires good compatibility, light color, and versatile 264 can also be used when the requirements are not high.
