The AI chips powering these innovations come from Junzheng’s first-generation machine vision chip, T01. T01 marks the beginning of Junzheng’s journey in machine vision—its "from 0 to 1" breakthrough. As camera applications evolve, demands for higher resolution, faster linkage speeds, and greater front-end computing power have increased. Despite years of development, low-cost, real-time face recognition cameras at the edge remained elusive due to limitations in chip performance. However, recent releases by Love Eyes and Fluorite have broken through this bottleneck, introducing front-end real-time face recognition cameras that have been well-received at the expo. These products represent a major leap forward in overcoming previous technical constraints. The image below shows the first breakthrough in AI-driven solutions, with Junzheng's first-generation machine vision chip making its debut in large-scale applications. Face recognition cameras exhibited by Love Eyes at the 16th AMB showcase the potential of this technology. Central to this innovation is Junzheng's T01 machine vision chip. Driven by technological innovation, Junzheng aims to achieve "from 0 to 1" breakthroughs, which is a key part of its corporate vision. This philosophy led to the creation of T01. Let’s look at the basic specifications of T01: - ★ XBurst CPU - ★ CV Engine V1.0 - ★ Multi-input/output interface support - ★ Host interface - ★ Typical power consumption of 700mW In terms of core performance, T01 supports: - ★ Simultaneous detection of up to 16 objects - ★ Multi-target detection of over 30 targets - ★ Support for real-time monitoring at 1080p resolution - ★ Common data input and output interfaces - ★ 30 frames per second full real-time detection Notably, T01 does not include an ISP or H.264/H.265 encoding, nor does it have complex external interfaces. Its sole focus is high-quality target detection. As Junzheng’s first machine vision chip, T01 features the XBurst CPU and CV Engine V1.0. The XBurst CPU builds upon Junzheng’s traditional CPU technology, optimized for deep neural networks. The CV Engine is the company’s first dedicated machine vision ASIC engine. T01 differs significantly from common AP SoCs or MCUs. It represents the first step in Junzheng’s machine vision journey and marks a new milestone on the Junchip roadmap. With superior performance, clear positioning, and favorable conditions for large-scale deployment, T01 can be applied across multiple industries, not just security. If prioritizing specific use cases, focusing on human attributes like face, half-body, and full-body detection makes sense. T01 achieves over 97% accuracy in detecting single-object attributes and can detect 30 people per second with 30 frames of simultaneous processing. Detection distances can reach up to 30 meters under normal conditions and over 100 meters for full-body humanoid detection. One of T01’s key advantages is its ability to perform multi-object cross-detection, reducing the chances of missed detections. Another major strength is real-time detection and precise angle analysis, crucial for capturing high-quality faces for accurate recognition. T01 enables partners like Aurora and Fluorite to innovate more efficiently. By integrating T01 as a co-processor, developers can reduce engineering complexity and accelerate product development, making it easier to bring innovative features to market.
