TCL Ace LCD TV L42F3200E with network function. After booting, the characters and menu boxes appear enlarged and inverted, which looks like a screen failure. However, upon closer inspection, the LOGO pattern moves normally, so it's not a screen issue. From online research, I found that entering the image mode using the remote control and navigating to the contrast setting, then inputting "1+9+5+0", can bring up the bus debugging screen. The customer was informed that the remote control might be faulty, as this issue has occurred multiple times. A new remote was adjusted and sold, but the problem reappeared shortly after. Since there was no original remote to program, several attempts with different remotes had limited success. Eventually, I suspected the issue was related to the program in the 25F16 chip. After finding a correct program and reprogramming, the TV worked normally again. I kept thinking about why this problem kept happening, and there were no signs of physical damage or overheating. So I started suspecting that the motherboard's power supply ripple was too high, or that the 25F16 itself was faulty. Using an oscilloscope, no abnormal waveforms were found. In the end, I replaced the 25F16 chip, removing the original 25T16 and soldering in a new 25F16. After programming and cleaning, the TV booted up with a clear and normal display.
