Second, the continued use of outdated or obsolete motor models. These older motors typically have lower efficiency, poorer starting performance, and less reliable insulation. Even though many have been upgraded over the years, they still remain in service. With newer, more efficient models becoming available, it's time to replace these aging units to save energy and reduce emissions. Third, voltage imbalance or low supply voltage.
