Overview
   
SD-W300 temperature and humidity controller can most carry two ways temperature sensor and two ways condensation sensor, can monitor the change of the temperature and humidity of lots of small environments. This product can be used in electrical controlling equipments such as high and low switch cabinet, box substation, terminal box, etc. it has advantages of high precision and capacity of resisting disturbance, work with element that can heat and get rid of dampness to achieve controlling the temperature and humidity of the environment.

 Main function 

1.The temperature and humidity logic control
A Temperature: when the temperature of the environment is lower than 5ºC, the instrument automatically fire the heater to heat, once the temperature of the environment rise to 15ºC, the instrument automatically stop heat.
B Condensation: when the environment humidity is higher than 93%RH condensation start control spot, the instrument will automatically fire heater to get rid of environment dampness, to avoid condensation, once the condensation will not happen, the instrument will stop heating.
2. Disconnection warning
When the heater break down and can not satisfy the requirement of heating, the breakdown pilot lamp will give an alarm. Meanwhile, warning output is usually close
3 .Force to heat by hand
When the temperature of the environment is too low or humidity is too high, the instrument has manual switch, put it to "manual" position, then the instrument will be forced to heat. When no need to force to heat, put the switch to "automatic" position
, the instrument will return to automatic monitoring state.

2.The install of the sensor
The condensation sensor and the temperature sensor are integrated (one box has one temperature and one condensation)
The external form is as following. Fix the sensor by using two ∮4mm screw.

 Test and Inspection
1.Connect wire as diagram
2.If need to force to heat, press manual button, and two way heating lamp light.
3.If don't use the condensation sensor, terminal corresponding must be shorted.
4.The controller must connect the electricity when test the condensation sensor, take a cup of boiling water (or below) to the condensation sensor for a moment, the heating lamp of the controller brighten, the heater works. It illustrates that the controller and condensation sensor work normally.
