The argon-filled colored glass neon tube has a brightness of not less than 50% of the transparent glass tube of the same specification. 4.3 The life and illuminance maintenance rate of the tube shall not be lower than the values specified in Table 2. Table 2 Neon tube life number lamp Tube type average life h illuminance maintenance rate η (flame point to 2000h) % 1 氖 tube ≥ 10000 ≥ 95 2 mercury argon tube ≥ 8000 ≥ 90 4.4 The connection of the lamp lead wire should be firm and should be able to withstand 20 N axial tension. The connecting part should be coated with a moisture-proof, heat-resistant, durable paint or covered with an insulating material. 4.5 The lamp should still start and ignite normally after the vibration test. 4.6 The lamp should be able to start and ignite normally in the high temperature range of -40 ° C ~ 50 ° C. 4.7 The temperature of the glass tube at the electrode of the lamp should be lower than 55 °C. 4.8 The lamp should be able to withstand the 100K temperature sudden change test without damage. 5 Test method 5.1 Appearance quality of the lamp (4.1) Check or measure by visual inspection or vernier caliper. 5.2 The initial characteristics of the lamp (4.2) are measured in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A and Appendix B. 5.3 Lamp life and illuminance maintenance rate (4.3) Test methods specified in Appendix C and Appendix B. 5.4 The connection fastness of the lamp lead-out line (4.4) is checked with a dynamometer with an error of not more than 0.1 N. The moisture-proof cover is visually inspected. 5.5 Vibration resistance of the lamp (4.5) The test is to fix the lamp rigidly on the vibrating table. The vibration frequency of the vibrating table should be 1 Hz~30 HZ, 2 mm amplitude, 5 min vertical vibration, and the input end is added. Check the starting voltage and check if the lamp is normally ignited. 5.6 The temperature range (4.6) of the normal operation of the lamp is to separate the lamp in the environment of -40 ° C and +50 ° C for 2 h, respectively, and check the lamp under low temperature and high temperature environment, under the specified starting voltage. Whether it can start and maintain the ignition point normally. 5.7 The test of the glass tube temperature (4.7) at the electrode of the lamp tube is carried out according to the provisions of Appendix D. 5.8 The temperature change test of the lamp tube (4.8) Put the test tube into the oven and gradually Warm up to 100K ± 5K above the water temperature of the water tank, and keep the temperature for 15 minutes, then take out the speed from the oven and put it into the water tank. 6 Acceptance rule 6.1 The neon tube must pass the manufacturer's inspection before it can be shipped. In order to check whether the quality of the lamp is And the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer should carry out the delivery test and routine test of the quality of the lamp, respectively, according to GB/T2828, GB/2829. 6.2 Settlement test items and qualified judgment conditions are shown in Table 3. At this time, production and acceptance should be stopped immediately, and the accepted products should be stopped. The reasons for the non-conformity should be studied and effective measures should be taken until the new routine test is passed before the production and acceptance can be resumed. 6.5 Routine tests are not less than once a quarter (where the average life test and illuminance maintenance rate are not Less than one time. Every time the structure, manufacturing process or material changes of the lamp may affect the performance of the lamp, routine tests shall be carried out. 6.6 The manufacturer may provide routine test reports to the ordering party. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation 7.1 The manufacturer shall attach a quality inspection certificate to each group of neon tubes delivered for use. The manufacturer's name shall be clearly indicated on the certificate; the product type; the manufacturing year, month and product standard number. 7.2 Packaging transportation is mutually agreed between the manufacturer and the user.
